Course 2: This training program involves the trainer coming to your house three times per week for a minimum of five weeks, to train your dog on all contracted obedience commands. Our trainer will then demonstrate those commands to you at the end of the five weeks of training. Once our trainer has demonstrated your dog's proficiency, our trainer is then responsible for teaching you how to handle your "already trained" dog. This will be done by giving you four additional private lessons at the rate of one per week. This program is excellent if you have only a few or no behavioral problems with your dog, and have neither the time nor patience to work with your dog for twenty to thirty minutes per day to reinforce the training. It is an outstanding alternative to kennel training as the cost is approximately 60% less than comparable kennel programs. The commands that are taught off-leash, in your house and yard are sit, sit stay, come, down, down stay. The on-leash, in house, yard, and in public training consists of heel, automatic sit, sit, sit stay, come, down, down stay, no and OK. The problem solving techniques with Threat and Alarm training are covered during the four week handling portion of this program. COST $1200.00. Please compare our program to competitors programs and note the following differences:
1. Our program includes both on-leash and off-leash training. Many competitors charge one price for on-leash and a separate price for off-leash training.
2. We focus on both problem solving and obedience.
3. This program includes Threat and Alarm training as well as poison awareness. An invaluable lesson for you and your dog at no additional cost.
4. We include both hands on training for your dog and provide you with step by step instruction, to insure your dog will respond to you.
5. As a bonus, our program also includes basic group obedience classes that are critical for teaching your dog proper socialization skills, as well as, how to listen around distractions.
6. Our trainers are experienced professionals with access to information from over 300 of the top trainers in the United States and Canada. Experience the ABTA difference.
7. Our program is not timed. Instead, it's based on results. Quite simply we will come to your house and train your dog for as long as it takes for us to be able to demonstrate your pet's proficiency on all contracted obedience commands. We guarantee your dog will learn.
8. Compare our program to the competitors in-kennel training.
Our program covers more, is based on results, and costs between
30% and 70% less.
