TRAINING PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Course 1. Our seven week program is designed to help you solve or curtail behavior problems with your dog, as well as, to train you to train your dog to listen to specific obedience commands. The primary focus of this program is to teach you the proper skills necessary for you to handle your dogs problems. We can help you correct: jumping, nipping, digging, chewing, housebreaking, excessive barking, boundary training, general wild behavior, minor fearfulness, some forms of minor aggression, etc. Generally, if your dog is giving you at least three of these problems, you should consider this type of program. In addition to the above mentioned problems, Course 1 also teaches you how to teach your dog to listen to commands including sit, sit stay, come, down, and down stay without a leash. These commands are taught in your house and yard. Additionally, we will teach heel, automatic sit, sit, sit stay, come, down, down stay, no, and OK (release command) with a leash. These commands are taught in your house, yard, and in public. It is extremely important to remember that this program is both on and off leash. Most training courses charge as much as we do for just the on leash portion of the program. We will also cover Threat and Alarm training in this program. Threat and Alarm training teaches you ways to encourage your already barking dog to bark in a more discriminating fashion as well as teaching methods of poison awareness so your dog cannot be fed by strangers. Our trainer will come to your home one time per week to work with you and your dog , as well as, training around your neighborhood, car, etc. To get the best results, you need to work your dog a minimum of twenty to thirty minutes per day. Individual lessons are not timed although lessons rarely run under an hour. As a bonus, you will also receive 7 weeks worth of group group obedience class at no additional cost after the private lessons are completed. The group classes are extremely important for teaching your dog control around distractions. COST is only $695.00. Please compare this program to competitors programs and note the following differences:

2. We focus on both problem solving and obedience.
