Question: my beagle has a skin disorder. redish. unpleasnt odor and the tummy, inner thighs, neck area and portion of the ear all she does is scratch. My doctor gave anti-allergy and anti-fungal soaps, but didnt work. has been for a few months now. Medicated shampoos dont work either.

You need to get back to your veterinarian for more testing to determine the cause of the rash on your pet. Things to consider are skin infection by bacteria or parasites, overproductive oil glands, hormonal imbalances, allergies (inhaled, food, contact, or from parasite infestation/bites), etc. It may take time to get to a final diagnosis, but your pet obviously is having a problem that can't be too comfortable for it.
