Type of Pet: pitt/labrador mix (mutt)

Question: My pet was recently attacked by another dog. He had no broken bones and was given an antibiotic shot and pills for a swollen leg. The leg has healed but my dog has no appetite, is listless, and seems to be willing himself to die. Is this normal for dogs and how can I get my pets spirit

If your pet is as sick as you portray, it needs to be taken to a vet immediately and evaluated for other problems. Not wanting to eat is not normal; neither is protracted listlessness.
