VETCO's full service animal hospitals are the backbone of our operations, providing vaccinations, spay/neuter services, dental care, annual physical examinations, day emergency care, internal medicine, skin treatment, bone surgeries, and ECG (heart diagnostics).

VETCO Offers Low Cost Vaccination Clinics
As part of our commitment to good health for pets, VETCO operates more than 150 low cost vaccination clinics throughout Southern California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. Each month, we vaccinate approximately 8,000 animals with 30% comprised of puppies and kittens. Clinics are based inside local PETCO stores, offering convenience and efficiency.

VETCO Is More Than Just Animal Hospitals
It takes more than just highly trained professionals and state of the art hospitals to be a leader in the pet health care industry. It takes a commitment to providing ongoing information and education to consumers and taking an active role in the industry.

VETCO has developed and sponsors a website (www.petservice.com) dedicated to pets' health. The site features locator services for vaccination clinics and grooming services at PETCOs throughout the U.S. Also inside the website is information on common diseases and conditions and how to keep pets healthy, selecting the right pet, interactive "ask the vet" and "ask the trainer" sections, as well as information on adoption agencies and dog training classes. The website is not limited to VETCO; VETCO encourages and welcomes information from other organizations within the pet health care industry.

In addition, VETCO employees participate in special events for animals throughout the Southern California region, sharing information on pet health and pet care and supporting local animal organizations. Each staff member is passionate about animals, and VETCO provides ongoing training and education to keep staff up to date on the latest treatments and technologies.
